This study based on the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease, pay attention to existing dementia early hidden trouble of older people’s mental state, there will be mild cognitive impairment of the suffering from senile dementia high-risk groups as the service object, under the guidance of professional concept of social work, using social work professional skill group, helped the old man to set up the prevention of Alzheimer’s positive attitude, learning scientific knowledge of hygiene, to develop good habits, actively respond to Alzheimer’s disease, early in order to prevent dementia.In this study, the research contents mainly three parts:first, the use of MOCA Montreal Cognitive weight table and observations, interviews and other methods of investigation to the service object cognition to investigate, and analyze its influence factors. Second, group, intervention of senile dementia early high-risk groups, change the service object in the negative state through the service team, training the cognitive function of the elderly, reduce the risk of dementia, active prevention of senile dementia. Three, to reflect on the study, including the practice of professional reflection and the continuation of this study.The study found that the existence of mild cognitive impairment of the elderly in rural areas of service team, with professional social work skills in scientific activities design guide elderly group activities, can help the elderly to senile dementia were positive for early prevention, old people change in the mentality, the science of learning health knowledge contributed to the changes in his personal life habits andCognitive function training the cognitive function improved, group activities also enriched the elderly people’s daily life, to help the elderly to establish a positive mental outlook produced a good effect.
