Study On The Main Body’s Role In The Alliance Of Colleges And Universities

The alliance of colleges and universities has been widespread noticed in the world higher educationsand it has made some achievement. Though the alliance of colleges and universities starts late in China it has been awarded by many colleges and universities because of the advantages that not only help to complementary resources but also contribute to innovation of higher education. At present, University League has been related to many colleges and universities in China, involving a large number of projects, and it has a greater impact on our university and society. However, there is no significant effect of the alliance of colleges and universities in China. In the course of the operation, there even have some errors that depart from the rule of education. And the inevitable trend of continued development makes the problems of the alliance seem more and more outstanding and urgent which determines the practical significance of this research. It not only supported by policy from government but also be highly thought of by many colleges and universities because of the advantages. Why the problems happen! And whether alliance should be forbidden or should not be encouraged any more! And what the main reasons are in problems of alliance! And how to prevent the similar mistake in the future! The author thinks the fundamental reason is that the alliance makes a mistake of the role of the main body. And the errors mainly include the role recognizing and the role of operation. And the key to solve the problems is to make a clear understanding of the main body s role.· What this paper will try to do is to make a clear understanding of the following. What role the alliance should have! And what role the alliance may have! And what characteristics of the role are! And how to treat the role of the main body in the alliance. Then after analyzing a variety of literature, the author thinks that the role of the main body in University Alliance should mainly include two aspects: independent role and the community role. And the community role includes three aspects Keducational community" management community and learning community. And after analyzing the main characteristics of the role and comparing the role in the alliance practice, the author deduced out the errors of the main role in the alliance operation easily. At the same time, it is easy to know the factors that influence alliance subjects and how to avoid these errors from these mistakes. Therefore, this study will be divided into four parts. The first part is an overview of the alliance of colleges and universities. And in this parts the author will makes a brief introduction to the alliance about the mechanism and the status quo of college s and universities alliance. The second part is the main role type of the alliance of colleges and universities, and in this part, the author will the analysis it from two aspects K independent role and community roles respectively. The third part is the interaction between the main roles, including the types and characteristics of interactive factors, several aspects of the problem of interactive and interactive effects. The fourth part is the suggestion for Chinese universities and colleges alliance. In this paper, the author hoping that this paper will contribute to the development of Chinese colleges and universities alliance, and it will help to solve and prevent the problem of the existing in alliance, and it can provide some ideas for the development of universities and colleges.
