"Directions of Preschool Education" points out: " Kindergarten education is an important part of basic education that is the foundation stage of school education and lifelong education in our country". Today China’s basic education, the traditional culture education as an important task of learning is being integrated into the normal teaching objectives. Pre-school education as an important part of basic education, although there is no explicit requirement in this regard, but the "outline" statements, we can still deeply feel the necessity of early childhood learning traditional culture: "to guide children to feel the real culture of the motherland rich and excellent, love the motherland stimulate children’s emotions". Therefore, we carried out the traditional culture education with local characteristics of foster children good character is particularly important. Taking the theme of reading picture books, Muslim cultural background, interests of children interested in the premise, carried out jointly develop children’s picture books home resource with Muslim characteristics.Research basic mentality: through of curriculum resources, sorting out the relevant literature of picture book resources for development and the Hui culture, found in our country in recent years pay more attention to the study of children’s picture books to read, but the picture books relative lack of resources, more is the introduction of foreign picture book material, the suitable for children to read the classic picture books for the few. This study attempts to learn from the national culture point of view, mining is suitable for children to read the picture book resources, carry forward the traditional culture of our country to a valuable role.Paper is divided into six parts.
