As the most important productive forces in 21 st century, the human resources play an important role in all walks of life, become the first resource of the enterprise development. Relative to the material resources, human resources have many unique characteristics. For example, Initiative, otherness, carrier and so on. As the kind of special and important resource, the human resources is the most dynamic and flexible as the productive factors.Training as an important content in human resources, already more and more valued. It is related to the continuation of enterprise development ability.We should build human resource training system of enterprise actively, which can make enterprises better improve enterprise management level and core competitiveness.The author choice chooses staff training as object of study in this kind of non-academic education training and consulting company. As an education training company in the third industr,HuiDa Education Training and Consultancy Company, does the training consultants about each stage education. Through Surveying research the company,finding the matter about trainning and analyzing the reason that appeared in training.With the theory about the demand analysis, human resources, motivation, competence theory, I will design a new training system for the company with the company requirements.Design direction is about demand analysis,trainer, training content for different level staff, method, evaluate in the last and the guarantee during doing the training.This paper aims to HuiDa Education Training and Consultancy Company training institutions redesigning,The new training system of human resources is to provide guidance, be suitable for the company, and could be usefull for the maximization about ability person and achieve maximization about enterprises benefits.At the same time,it provides reference for similar enterprises and human resources training.
