This article researched to analyze the situation about the commerce the operation model, motive mechanism, sustainable development, interactive effect, resource allocation on business operation in natatorium of Chengdu, with the method of literature and information, visiting and researching, researching through questionnaire,Mathematical Statistics, etc. To make some suggestions about the development problems on the natatorium, thus this study can be important theoretical added in physical culture industry economic and venue management. To establish the wide arrange system of theories about the multi-dimensional operation for social good,provided a theoretical system about how to promote the development of nationwide fitness campaign locally.The result as follows:(1)The amount of the natatoriums in Chengdu were imbalance, the huge and the more superiorer facilities were distributed in Wuhou District,Gaoxin District,Jinjiang District,but the natatoriums in Jinniu District,Chenghua District,Qingyang District were falls behind obviously.The most natatoriums’ area were 500-1000 ㎡,Accommodated 100-300 people, so as to the single pool with indoor were in the majority.The length was 25 metres,and the breadth was 10 metres.(2)The style of most natatoriums were directly management, the items were included the training,others were fitness clubs,90% natatoriums were due to membership system and single-sale.(3)Most natatoriums ‘financing channel adopted the market questionnaire in order to attracting more consumers, as the shield fees were 20,000¥ to 50,000¥ per year, the institution settings and systems were standard in most natatoriums, but the coaches and lifeguards were so insufficient,and few of the them were carried out the competitions and performances.(4)The ages of coaches and lifeguards were all in20-30 years old. Most of them were professional in swimming,They all hold the certificates,the income was 3000¥-5000 ¥ per month, guided the students were average in 11-15 people.(5)The consumers’ ages were 21 to 25 years old, the consumption path was appeared diversification,The consumption time was regularly to the time that they came to natatoriums,more than half of consumers expressed the satisfaction in price,service level, facilities in natatoriums.(6)The natatoriums’ facilities were all in readiness, The natatoriums’ price wasirregularity, most natatoriums were in the profits, water quality health and safety facilities around the swimming area were the most concern about the consumers,but the rest, dining area and Swimming auxiliary equipment rental were not demand.(7)The network marketing and methods were so singleness,the restriction to the development was the special seasonality, the fierce industrial competition, the high maintenance cost, the mobility staff, the simplify fund flow.The suggestion as follows:(1)The number of departments should cooperated strengthen the safety and health supervision to commercial natatoriums, to ensure the consumers’ security.(2)The operator need to investment funds on the construction and maintenance, and also design the facilities reasonably.(3)The operator need to improve the treatment and quantities of coaches and the lifeguard, also in the cultivation of the professional literacy.(4)Promotion of membership and the network marketing channels, increase business projects, set up corresponding competition and parent-child interaction activities, absorb the swimming consumers widely.(5)To promote reasonable natatoriums pricing strategy,enhance the social development of the swimming events.(6)To broaden the field of vision, the operators need open the gate and connect with the society and the world closely, especially to learn more management and concept abroad.
