The need to conform to social transformation and national reform and development,our education has been rapid development.Higher education enrollment policy of the drastic increase in the number of college students,at the same time will allow more girls the opportunity to enter institutions of higher learning,female students homeopathy has become a large group can not be ignored.However,many colleges and universities can not cope with the sudden increase inthe students' and social changes brought about by a series of problems,not yet theexperience and methods of management-related issues.Therefore,this new problem on Mental Health is very easy to colleges and universities be ignored,especially concerned about the relatively weak special group of female college students is less.In recent years,not girl students from their studies,many aspects of love,employment,interpersonal relationships,stress-induced mental disorders and evensuicide events have occurred.Female college students is a relatively high level of knowledge in women social groups,the main force of the socialist modernization drive.Schools and the community should attach great importance to the mental health offemale students to take effective measures to alleviate the psychological pressureof the female students to solve the psychological problems of the female students.In this paper,survey and experimental study of the combination of research methods,the use of psychological stress scale detection of Yoga on Psychological pressure.First,the subjects were divided into experimental and control groups and their homogeneous test to ensure that the two studies two groups of subjects were fromthe same overall.Furthermore,the questionnaire method of statistical analysis of the psychological pressure of the female students before the experiment easy test to the comparative study.Then,Yoga as a means of intervention,by experimental methods on Psychologicalexert influence.Finally,the psychological pressure of female students in the questionnaire testing level.Final feedback before and after the experimental data for statistical analysis.On the one hand to study the actual situation of the female students of psychological pressure,on the other hand,experimental study and data analysis to explore thepsychological pressure of yoga fitness of female students can play a positive and effective role.Experiments show that yoga can effectively relieve the psychological pressure ofthe female students,especially female university student population of a higherpressure level.From high stress levels,moderate stress levels and stress levels lower three levels of yoga exercise on the psychological pressure of the female students.Three female students of the pressure level of psychological pressure Score MeanZ-test found that the pressure of the two data sets before and after yoga significant difference between mean measured before and after the experiment of theexperimental group have to prove that yoga can effectively relieve the psychological pressure of female college students.Will be measured in the experimental group and control group scores average was psychological pressure level examination of the differences in Z-test found two sets of data differences significant,indicating that yoga exercise good alleviate thepsychological pressure of the female students,can effectively reduce the elevel of psychological stress.
