The Han people is an important part of the population in Yecheng county as a multi-ethnic region,and is also the participants and drivers of the region’s economic and social development in this region.In 1949 since a batch of necessity and development-oriented Han Chinese migrants to move in Yecheng county, and for the survival, development, the past decades have witnessed localization for these Han people and formed its own characteristics that is different from its former.By questionnaire and Cases study through oral,the background and reasons, the production, life, culture, social networks and the relationship with local uighurs of the immigration of the Han in Yecheng county are studied.It was found that the Han in Yecheng county has its own characteristics about the above aspects, such as Town as the center of production and life,dedialecticization,delocalization of diet,Attaching great importance to the kinship and fellow-villager. man-made expanded form of kinship and fellow-villager strengthen the cohesion of the Han in Yecheng county.at the same time,the relationship with local uighurs is less and superficial.In theory,This study will be contributed to the research of the Han society in Xinjiang province, and expand our awareness of the cultural diversity of the Han society in Xinjiang.Finally the author thinks that how to effectively guide the Han into the south of Xinjiang and promoting the establishment of the social structure and community environment in which the ethnic groups are embedded and promoting exchanges and exchanges among all ethnic groups in Xinjiang is the goal of the state, the government and the community to work together, and also the focus of the work of Xinjiang.
