Language is the interaction of the bridge relationship, therefore, on the communication relations between people, we can not ignore the role of language.Human civilization get through language development, but to a higher realm through language, continue to develop, through language, and from competing with human civilization and culture, between peoples to be a strong combination of a bright future of human civilization can be achieved. The development of culture and education of ethnic minorities, to the common development of all ethnic groups for the purpose of the proposed bilingual teaching. Ha Han Bilingual education is not only inherit and Kazakh students the main way this nation advanced civilization development, but also a prerequisite for social integration and advanced culture.Since the year round, Kazak vigorously research and published in Kazakh history, Kazakh language, Kazakh customs, Kazakh culture, the theme of scientific studies has the national colors of articles and papers, but for education Research and development, especially among bilingual education, to be exact, on the Kazakh school bilingual teaching research is extremely limited. The survey based on the above considerations, the paper choose Altay Region All Kazak Secondary School(all Kazakh Chinese bilingual teaching) as the main object to bilingual teaching chemistry as a research topic, by its investigation.In research on the subject, according to the bilingual-related disciplines theoretical knowledge through literature, questionnaires, interviews and other survey methods, grasp the overall situation of Kazak Secondary bilingual teaching, bilingual teaching in analyzing and summarizing the existing problems and fully integrate me theoretical knowledge learned, propose appropriate countermeasures.Bilingual teaching, although make basic education Altay region to get rapid development, but compared with other areas of bilingual education, not only failed to reduce the gap, but further widening trend.After research and analysis, only through further emphasis on bilingual teaching,schools, rational selection and deployment of bilingual teaching model and teacher resources, improve bilingual training quality of work, improve their Chinese and expertise level of the students, improve students’ understanding of bilingual teaching point of view, schools arrange class time, give full play to guide the work of the Department of Research and to strengthen the preparation of bilingual teaching and improve teaching facilities and the creation of good bilingual learning, andstrengthen family education, school synchronize strengthen Kazakh classes and some other measures to effectively improve Altay Kazakh bilingual teaching high school chemistry level.This article includes four parts. Part I: Introduction including research background and basis for the proposed issue, the purpose and significance, domestic and international research profiles, contents and methods and technical route. Part II:Chemistry Bilingual Teaching Condition Survey Kazak Secondary Altay region,introduces the research object, research methods, results and analysis. Part III: Altay Kazakh high school chemistry bilingual teaching exist in the problem. Part IV: Altay Kazakh high school chemistry bilingual teaching suggestions.
