Due to30years of reform and opening-up policy, great changes have taken placein China, secondary vocational education progress faster and faster with the high speeddevelopment of the society, which requires more and more well educated vocationaltalents.China attaches great importance to the secondary vocational education over thepast years, positioning in the secondary vocational education is to cultivate hundreds ofmillions of high-quality workers on the basis of the nine-year compulsory educationand to realize the comprehensive construction well-off society in our country as soonas possible. Secondary vocational students occupy a secondary stage of secondaryeducation and total size "half" in recent years. We must have enough vocationaleducation teachers of high quality to improve the quality of secondary vocationaleducation and providing qualified talents for the society.At present, secondary vocational education in China is faced with both challengesand opportunities. On the one hand, education recruitment of students scale expandsunceasingly; on the other hand, the overall amount and quality of secondary vocationaleducation teachers are far from the demand, which influence the sustainabledevelopment of vocational education in the country seriously. Secondary vocationaleducation teachers’ quality determines the development of vocational educationbusiness future with vocational education teaching quality of the decisive factor, sostudy in vocational teacher mode, has a decisive importance for the promotion of thedevelopment of China’s vocational teacher.The significance of this study is mainly reflected in two aspects: the theoreticalsignificance and practical significance.In this study, We conducted systematic theoretical exploration and analysis of theteachers training mode of secondary vocational schools in Haikou taking the"three-step" training mode created by it as a foothold.From the perspective of practical significance, The development of vocationaleducation career in Hainan provinces, a late starter of the Special Economic Zone ofChina, is so fast because of the construction of international tourism island, and thedemand for secondary vocational talent is enormous, the requirements for vocationalteacher training model innovation is urgent. Haikou vocational school innovate theunique "three-step" teacher training model based on the "2+1" student training model. Framework of this article consists of five main parts: the first part is anintroduction, including the background, research reasons, research significance,research ideas, research methods, literature review and innovation of the research; Thesecond part is mainly to defining the relevant concepts, clarifies the theoretical basis ofthe study; The third part sums up the meaning of the concept of the "three-step"teacher training model and analyze the current situation, pointed out the existingproblems in the process of personnel training; The fourth part studies how to build the"three-step" training system in tourism professional from the three aspects of culturecourses learning, corporate internships and quality evaluation;The fifth part putsforward reasonable proposals to improve the "three-step" training model in HainanProvince, in order to provider some help to vocational schools training model both inHainan and other regions.
