Interdisciplinary education in university is based on the theory of disciplinary crossing, it is brought about to solve comprehensive natural and social problems. Therefore, it is a kind of multi-disciplinary education that requires deep theoretical research and practical applications. Interdisciplinary education has integrated three kinds of traditional education principles such as the humanism, scientific doctrine, and social idealism. Its teaching activates is performed in the form of new type of organization, It is of significance to cultivate talents who have academic innovation and comprehensive abilities. In order to perform the effective interdisciplinary education, it is necessary to construct the interdisciplinary education mechanism by means of constructing organizational structure, providing favorable cultural atmosphere, strengthening enrollment and education. When performing interdisciplinary education, it is fairly necessary to distinguish the undergraduate from graduate stage and integrate them effectively.
