To improve education quality is an eternal theme for senior vocational colleges. To organizing effective students’ evaluation of teaching quality is a way to achieve the goal. The insurance of the reliability of Students’ Evaluation Of Teaching is the requirement of higher teaching quality. The paper focuses on the existing problems in the evaluation, which aims to searching for some effective countermeasures.Based on the summary of the study status of students’ evaluation of teaching in senior vocational college, the paper firstly discusses some basal theory problems. As for vague cognitions, the paper puts out ideas of whole-process’’ and "double-subjects". Aimed at the difficulties of practice in the Chinese higher education, the paper searches after the inner value conflicts of the institute and orientate it correctly.Taking the Senior Vocational College Of Zhejiang for instance, the paper then analyses the main factors from the prospects of the whole-identity of teachers and students, the rationality of organization, the contents and indexes of evaluation and the feedback and disposition of evaluating results. At last, the paper puts forward a series of treatments such as to increase the degree of identity and to enhance students’ judge ability, to reform the organization and control the process strictly, to establish reasonable indexes, to use the results soundly and to provide good services for teachers by setting up abundance teaching resources, etc.
