Purpose:Through association study between HIF-2a/EPAS1 gene polymorphism and physiological and biochemical indexs which are measured before and afterHiHiLo,looking for the molecule genetics markers from the HIF-2a/EPAS1 polymorphic sites.Methods:Subjects with good health take part in HiHiLo for 4 weeks,and they are measured V02max,Sp02,muscle oxygenation,cardiac structure and function as well as blood indexs and so on.Analyzing HIF-2a/EPAS1 gene polymorphic sites by using PCR-RFLP.Making association study between HIF-2a/EPAS1 gene polymorphism and physiological and biochemical indexs which are measured before and after HiHiLo find the molecule genetics markers of HiHiLo effect.Result:1 rs13419896 polymorphism was associated with the change of muscle oxygen content at recovery state in different genetype,rs6715787 polymorphism was associated with the change of muscle oxygen content at baseline in different genetype.2 rs13419896 polymorphism wasassociated with the change of HR at 50W in different genetype.3 rs6715787 polymorphism was associated with the change of CI at 100W in different genetype.4 rs13419896 polymorphism was associated with the change of EDV at 150W in different genetype,rs6715787 polymorphism was associated with the change of ESV and EF at 150W in different genetype.5 rs13419896 polymorphism was associated with the change of SV and SI at recovery state in different genetype,rs7598371 polymorphism was associated with the change of SI at recovery state in different genetype.rs6715787 polymorphism was associated with the change of EF at recovery state in different genetype.6 rs7598371 polymorphism was associated with the change of WBC and M Retic# in different genetype,rs6715787 polymorphism was associated with the change of MCV and MCH in different genetype. Conclusion:1 HIF-2a/EPAS1 gene rs13419896 polymorphic site is associated with EDV in 150W and SI in recovery,so it may be the molecule genetics markers of EDV and SI.This polymorphic site is not associated with VO2max and so on,so it can’t be the molecule genetics marker of these indexs.2 HIF-2a/EPAS1 gene rs6715787 polymorphic site is associated with ESV in 150W and EF in 150W and recovery,so it may be the molecule genetics markers of ESV and EF.ind this polymorphic site is associated with MCV and MCH,so it can be the molecule genetics markers of MCV and MCH.This polymorphic site is not associated with VO2max and soon,so it can’t be the molecule genetics marker of these indexs.
