Considering that large number of existing industrial equipment had not access to the IOT(Internet Of Things),which leaded to invalid network management of industrial facilities, much industrial equipment was not managed throught IOT owing to having not accessed to IOT, it became a serious problem how the industrial equipment accessed to IOT easily and low-cost for network management.This paper designed a universal IOT terminal core component which included the main control module, Internet interface module, and supported the functions of network communication and universal network management.It can be used for upgrading of existing industrial equipment for IOT terminal which supported the function of network management.The IOT terminal core component used STM32 in low price as main controller,which used the SPI interface with ENJ28C60 Ethernet controller as Internet communication interface, completed transplantation of Lw IP stack in STM32, aiming at the problem of IOT SNMP Agent’s implement method which cann’t be used in cheap main control chip, implemented the system group, snmp group of SNMP Agent MIB through C language, and completed the SNMP agent initialization, aiming at implementing the function of remote get, remote set. In order to send SNMP TRAP message to Manager when SNMP Agent found abnormalities, implemented the subroutine of IOT core component abnormal.Aiming at verify the function of IOT core component, upgraded the existing animal building monitoring system without network by IOT core component, designed and implemented the animal building monitoring terminal SNMP Agent, so that the manager can get animal building environment variables, set the value of environment trap variables, controlled the equipments of animal building via network, received the SNMP TRAP message when abnormity of the animal building environment variables occurred. This paper tested each function module of the system, the result of test indicated the function of IOT core component is stable and reliable.
