With the gradual rise of low carbon buildings in our country, variouspolicies have been issued in many countries. The real estate businessbegan to devote themselves to the low carbon building. The incrementalcost of low carbon architecture due to its energy-saving and ecologicaltechnology application, will inevitably lead to changes and fluctuations ofthe cost of real estate market, the investment costs and benefits in returnof low carbon building and traditional building has become a concerningissue in the construction industry.The significance of this study is to establish the cost-benefitcalculation model of life cycle of low carbon buildings throughconstruction project economic evaluation and cost benefit analysis theory.By making research and analysis of "Tuanbo Lake" project and"Tuanbodemonstration towns" project, analyze the incremental costs andexternalities of low carbon technology, calculate quantitatively theeconomic, environmental and social external effectiveness generatedduring the operational phase based on the summary of the applicationtype, efficiency and specific links of low carbon technology, and then togo deep into dissection of cost and benefit of different designprogrammers, analyze the client formation and project profitability ofother low carbon technology case, in the last evaluate the developmentprospect of the project under the premise that government subsidize bothto real estate enterprises and consumers.
