In recent years,China has accelerated the construction of urban central business district.:renovating thetraditional district and constructing of new business district. This process not only needsto focus on expansion, and also need to focus on upgrading internal structure.Various socio-economic activities are reflected in the changes of the land’sstructure.The land use structure of the city’s commercial center has its own distinctcharacteristics:significant change in the land structure and frequent changes; strong radiation effects;multivariation and complication,highly intensive, output obvious benefits. structuredetermines function, function generates benefits. Therefore it is necessary to study thecentral business distriction from land structure and land use efficiencyIn this paper, arranged the basic conception and the basic theory and researchmethods by collecting extensive literature. Laid the theoretical basis for this research.Selecting the ChongQing GuanYinQiao as the empirical study case.The researchincludes three parts land structure and land use efficiency and the relationship betweenthem.I used google earth measured2002-2013Guanyinqiao’s land use data, analysed thedevelopment process combined with the planning, circled the range and measured the data oneach time point,calculated dynamic changes data and each type size data and entropy.Analysed theproblems of structure of the central business district land with the result.By finishing induction of literature, used indicators frequency statistics act to makesure the index of land use efficiency.and used the entropy method to determine theindex weight weight, built the land use efficiency evaluation index system.To analyse theGuanYinQiao’s land use efficiency by this index system. The economic benefit, societybenefit, environment benefit has their own variation and show the upward trend overall.I used correlation coefficient to analyse the correlation between the total land areaand land use efficiency. There is a strong correlation between them. stepwise regression Modeling the land structure and land use efficiency stepwise regression model,analysethe connection by quantitative data.Finally, maked relevant policy recommendations for reference based on researchfindingsThis research tried to explore the characteristical of central business district landstructure and established land use efficiency evaluation system. Rich the research ofcommercial districts and land use theoretically; On the other hand, provide meaningfuladvice to optimize land use structure, enhance the land efficiency and promote thedistrict development of Guanyinqiao for reference.
