| Nowadays China is in the process of rapid urbanization. In this context, thegovernment-led, the in-dependent construction of New district breakthrough sitesshackles in most cities to solve urban problems, to break the bottleneck of development,to enhance urban functions, are the main ways, in order to complete the new districtand urban functional complementation enhance urban vitality to the urban spacedevelopment goals in transition.The layout of Urban industrial space is the dynamic portfolio distribution of all theindustry sectors and elements inside the city．It not only reflects the city’s economy inthe spatial patterns and changes， but also, its rationality directly affects themaximization of the economic advantages of this country or region and the economicdevelopment speed．This paper mainly analyzes the theory of the layout of urbanindustrial functional area, and summarizes a series of typical cases, by finishingdomestic references, literature research, case study method, which involves the layoutof urban industrial functional area home and abroad, and provides reference experienceand enlightenment for the selection and layout of urban industrial functional area. In theprocess of study, Mainly using qualitative and quantitative analysis, case study method,graphical icons method, started from the perspective of city development andrelationship between new urban district and its parent city, analyzed the structure ofindustrial function of new urban district. Based on this, the paper teases essentialthoughts about the selection of industrial function, which are, on the basis of the threeprinciples and developing conditions of the base, analyzes the macro socio-economicbackground, combined with the region’s industrial positioning made by the superiorplanning, and synthetically formulates the framework of city’s industrialdevelopment.Then according to the status of the new district in the development of theurban industries and the basic conditions of the new district, leading industries anddevelopment goals can be established through the analysis method of AHP andquestionnaire. Since when main functions of the leading industries are set, by expertscoring method to get the extent of different industries dependent on the spatial and theindustrial differences in local conditions. At last, we put forward the layout of the urbanindustries. Since far forward-positioning of urban new district decides the model of thenetwork layout. Then we got the paradigm of industry functional selection and spatiallayout. Through the practice case, the study of Space Layout of Industrial Function Zonein Liangjiang New Area, theoretical analysis of the results of tests can be carried out.This paper studies to prove the necessity and usefulness of the theory and practice fromthe perspective of providing information and reference for the construction of thecurrent process of urbanization of the city district. |
