Xi’an Xianyang Airport Logistics Development Planning Research

Along with the economic growth Air logistics achieved rapid development. Chinese graduallybecome a world manufacturing center, foreign economic advantages, more and more electronic products,instruments, fresh products such as high efficiency, high value added goods need to transport by plane.Facing a new round of large-scale development of the western region, Guanzhong–Tianshui EconomicZone and the "Silk Road Economic Belt "concept was revived, Xi’an Xian yang International Airport toseize this historic opportunity, the completion of the "modern integrated transport hub" and "Chinesecenter gateway airport". In recent years, the airport has made tremendous development in aviationlogistics aspects. The second half of2013, the new cargo area of airport has been put into use. This paperis in the western development and economic development background, combined with SWOT analysisand study the development strategy of Xi’an Xianyang International Airport, Xi’an and Xianyang AirportLogistics. Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation of the development of economy of Xixianarea. Secondly, the current situation and trend of Xianyang airport air logistics development weredescribed, specific to the aviation logistics enterprise, aviation logistics business is described. Third, onthe basis of the study on the existing facilities, the paper use SWOT analysis method to study the Airport.Finally, the paper proposed the strategic target, strategic planning, gives the concrete strategic measures.This article makes a comprehensive discussion and research to the Xi’an Xianyang InternationalAirport logistics development strategy, formulated the "build a regional hub","continue to expandcooperation with logistics enterprises and establish the Logistics system","actively explore theinternational market","brand strategy","establish the system of the control and improvement of strategyimplementation,"five specific strategic measures. This paper can provide the reference for strategicplanning and construction of the Xi’an Xianyang International Airport logistics development, but alsoprovide a reference for other airport logistics construction. This research has a strong theoreticalsignificance and practical application value.
