Subjective well-being (SWB) is integrity evaluationwhich is evaluated by theevaluators according to set the standard for the integrity of the quality of lifeassessment, which is namely on the basis of individual’s subjective evaluation ofwell-being, it is an important comprehensive index to measure individual life quality,and it is the extension of concept of humanism in contemporary psychology.Jobburnout is an individual state which is working under the weight of an exhausted andhindering person’s development.Employees of coal mining enterprises are underlong-term high danger, high labor intensity, work form monotonous, poor workingconditions, if individual psychological pressure is not timely adjusted or slow released,exhaustion of body and mind, appear easily leading to low level of subjectivewell-being and job burnout.This research will be employees of coal mining enterprises as the research object,through interview and questionnaire, to determine the influence factors of employees ’subjective well-being and behaviorof job burnout of coal mining enterprises, and todevelop a more suitable employees’ subjective well-being and job burnoutquestionnaire of coal mining enterprises.By selecting employees of coal mining enterprises randomly in Shanxi Province(hereinafter referred to as the miners), a total of473valid subjects as an object forresearch, for the study of the present situation of subjective well-being, job burnoutstatus and the relationship between them. The results showed that:1. Miners’ subjective well-being is in medium high level, the average score ofSubjective well-being questionnaire is3.303points, which is slightly higher than theaverage of3points; Job burnout phenomenon is not obvious, the average score of Jobburnout questionnaire is2.723points, which is slightly below the average of3points.2. Safety and health factor, personalitypsychologyfactorof subjective well-beingand alienated work dimension of job burnout have significant negative correlationrelationship; safety and health factor, psychological factor, family factorof thesubjective well-being and emotional exhaustion dimension of job burnout havesignificant negative correlation relationship; emotional exhaustion dimension andalienated work dimension of job burnout have significantly positive correlation.3. Miners’ subjective well-being and job burnout on the part of the demographic variables have significant differences: different age levels of minershave nosignificant difference in general subjective well-being and general job burnout andeach dimension of them; different length of miners have significant difference inworking factor dimension、emotional exhaustion dimension and general job burnout;different degrees of miners have significant difference in general subjectivewell-being and its five dimensions which are workfactor、social care factor、familyfactor、safety and health factor、person and psychological factors; miners in the workof different types of employment have significant difference in work factor、socialcare factor and general subjective well-being aspects; miners in the work of differentmarital status have significant differences in work factor、social care factor、familyfactors、person and psychological factor and general subjective well-being.According to the above analysis, this article put forward the proposal in fourperspectives,which are protecting the safety of the miners’ health, focusing on theminer’s personality psychology, establishing a fair and incentiving salary welfaresystem, improvingemployees’ family satisfaction, which are aimed to improve theminers’ subjective well-being andto evade job burnout.
