In order to alleviate traffic congestion and develop low-carbon transport, our country began to build urban mass transit rapidly. But, there are so manyproblems in the process of building urban mass transit. For example, the landutilization of rail transit station is low and the installation is not fit to the railtransit station. Xiamen is different from other cities which are form stable isin the process of rapid expansion. Xiamen has launched rail transit planning. In order to improve the intensive use of land and, enhance the overall level ofservice and the value use of the site area, the main work of this thesis is toresearch on the strategies for integrated development of stations on XiamenMetro Line1.This thesis bases on the theory to analyses the implementation process ofthe integrated development in the site area. Point out two important aspects inthis thesis. The one is the integrated development planning which is based onthe city land utilization and the railway transportation theory to analyze thecharacteristic of the metro rail transit station area,as well as the location inmunicipal transportation, land utilization status and function with this localinfluence. influence.Through studies aspect functions of the transportationand the land, this article proposes the suitable our country’s railwaytransportation synthetic classification standard and explore the model ofintegrated development planning. The other is to research on the developmentmodels. Make criteria about the development model of different site area andthink about the methods to make sure the integrated development of railtransit station area success. Finally the article integrates actual project carrieson research results in the trial application.
