| With the accelerating urbanization, the speed and scale of population agglomeration are increasing, exposing problems that urban areas have a large population with relatively little land, and the private car-oriented transportation model no longer meets people's travel needs. So,urban public transportations begin to plays its unique advantages.Among them, rail transit has become the preferred target in transportation infrastructure because of its high traffic volume and accessibility. The extensive use of rail transit has led to a change in the pattern of land development around the site. However, there are problems in the optimization and combination between rail transit and land exploitation and utilization in China. Therefore, this paper takes Fuzhou rail transit as an example to carry out corresponding research.First of all, related research fields were sorted out and analyzed, thus the research focus could be identified, which is the effect of metro stations on the surrounding land-use development. Then the research framework was put forward, and Metro Line1 of Fuzhou was set as the research object.Utilizing related land use and exploitation indicators,we adopted methods such as field research, qualitative and quantitative method, comparative analysis and so on to analyze the current land use situation within the 500 m irregular area around the stations.T he result is as follows:Firstly,it turned out that spatial disparity existed in the character of land use and the current development intensity around the stations after Fuzhou Metro Line 1's operation. From the point of view of the nature of land use, land development of the old urban area has a high mixing degree, the type of land use is more abundant, where is mainly the residential land and commercial land, while the richness of land use type takes second place between the north and the south of the new area, where is mainly residential, road land and industrial land.Analyzing from land use intensity,Metro Line 1 extends from north to south. From Doumen Station to Baihuting Station,it shapes the first grade zone of middle-high and high density development;FromXiangfeng Station to Fuzhou Railway Station,it shapes the second grade zone of middle density development; From Baihuting to Fuzhou South Railway Station,it shapes the third grade zone of low density development.Horizontally, the data distribution of building volume rate is more intensive in the range within 200 meters to the site which is the main area of high density development; The range between200 meters and 500 meters to the site is the main area of middle-high density development; There is a weaker negative correlation between the development intensity and the distance to site beyond 500 meters.Combining specific situations of land use property with development intensity, and further according to relevant standards to functionally classify all sites.21 sites are divided into 5 functional sites, respectively residential type, public type, business service type, traffic type and industrial type.Secondly,by using ArcGIS software,we draw the map of the land use nature which before the rail transit planning's approval and after its operation. And then we collect specific circumstances of land use surrounding the site to the overall analyze the influence of five lines in Fuzhou which are in operation on urban spatial structure. The results show that rail transit network works on the expanding of the city space scale, the space form will advance to the South and the East, center system of the city will be gradually moved to the south, and function layout of city land mostly changes in commercial area.In addition, this paper studies the impact of circumstances on the land use surrounding the site of Line One which has been in operation.Analyzing from the nature of land use, overall,it finds that residential land and industrial land have a large proportion of growth, and commercial land takes second place. And the main fluctuant area is in the north-south end of the subway line, where residential and industrial lands in new district undergo major changes.Whereas, land use changes in middle part-old town is fewer, mainly reflecting in the increase and decrease of lands for commerce and public service facilities. What's more, intensity of the land development shows a decreasing trend in the circle from 500 meters to 200 meters. Finally, according to the analysis conclusion above, this paper puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions from the perspective of urban sustainable development and rational development of land resources, which will provide a scientific reference for future opening and planning of other lines. And it will provide a scientific reference for the research of urban traffic geography. |
