Study On The Relocation And Insurance Problem Of Land-lost Farmers During The Urbanizing Progress

A huge number of land-lost farmers are created during the urbanizing progress in our country,most of who are in lack of studying experiences and skill-less. It makes them difficult to beemployed and their social insurance could not be guaranteed even badly. Losing the farmlandequals to lose the foundation of their production and life. It would be a sever problem to infect thecountry’s economy development and social stability if the issue of land-lost farmers couldn’t bedealt with in a correct way.With Zhong Gong Miao Sub-district of Yinzhou District as its example and the feasibilitytheory as its perspective, the thesis focuses on the relocation and insurance problem of land-lostfarmers and centers in the two core problems relocation and insurance. Based on the research to thegovernment departments, community committee, village CCP committee, village farmer sharecooperation committee and land-lost farmers, the thesis poses the problems, and contradictionbetween the land-lost farmer’s relocation and insurance and it’s reason combing with the basictheory of public management.The thesis also proposes the new optimizing ways from four aspects including housingrelocation, social insurance, employment promotion and life quality etc. in order to find a betterinsurance way for the lad-last farmers.
