At the sametime, due to the uniqueness of raw materials and agricultural products processingenterprise own development, in the supplier selection and management take a specialconsideration, and the present domestic scholars of supplier management and supplychain management of agricultural products processing enterprises research arerelatively few.The research of this paper is based on the idea of supply chain management, thepaper summarizes the research on supplier selection and management status quo athome and abroad, fully analyzed the raw material and its own developmentcharacteristics of agricultural products processing enterprises in China, on this basis,constructs the agricultural products processing enterprises in China, including farmersclass and business class two main classes of vendor selection index evaluation system.According to the analysis, this paper argues that affect farmers class supplier selectionindex mainly includes: quality, price, location, transportation, farmers cultural level,legal awareness, credibility, farmers level of production technology, product qualityand safety awareness, etc.; And the influencing factors of enterprise class supplierchoice is various, in addition to the supply of raw materials itself, also includes theoperating performance considerations for enterprise as a whole, mainly includes thefollowing indicators: quality, price level, transportation cost and delivery level and supply ability, species diversity, enterprise financial status, marketing situation,enterprise credit conditions, the condition of human resources, after-sales service,technical level, the condition of business legitimacy and normative. In building ourcountry agricultural product processing enterprises, on the basis of supplier selectionindex system, this paper chose a company two suppliers of five selected suppliers asempirical research object, using the entropy weight method and the grey correlationanalysis method, the above build the evaluation index system of supplier selection hascarried on the empirical analysis, the supplier selection problem for agriculturalproducts processing enterprises form the system of theory and practice guidance.Based on effective choice of suppliers, to suppliers to manage and proceduresnecessary to maintain good supplier relations. This paper argues that the agriculturalproducts processing enterprise supplier management is a systematic project.
