As an important way to promote the scientific and technological progress andeconomic development by countries in the world at knowledge economic age,industry-university-research collaborative innovation plays a very important role in thepromotion of regional industry core competitiveness and the optimization of regionalindustrial structure. Knowledge transfer plays an important part in the process ofindustry-university-research collaborative innovation, so it is very necessary to studyindustry-university-research collaborative innovation from the perspective of knowledgetransfer, to provide certain theoretical guidance for improving the ability ofindustry-university-research collaborative innovation and achieving the effect ofindustry-university-research collaborative innovation in real life.Firstly, this paper defines the theoretical basis of industry-university-researchcollaborative innovation,it mainly includes three parts: correlation theory、basic connotationand innovation subject composition. In terms of correlation theory,it makes expositionmainly from three aspects: industry-university-research cooperation、 collaborativeinnovation、knowledge transfer; In terms of basic connotation, it makes exposition mainlyfrom four aspects: concept, motivation, characteristics and generation mechanism; In termsof innovation subject composition, it includes enterprise as technology innovation subject、university and research institute as knowledge innovation subject、government、intermediaryorganization and financial institution as coordinative innovation subject, this paper makesanalysis of these innovation subjects mainly from two aspects: location and function.Secondly, this paper studies the features of knowledge transfer inindustry-university-research collaborative innovation, it mainly includes four aspects: thefactors of knowledge transfer、the methods of knowledge transfer、the flow regimes ofknowledge transfer and the development cycle of knowledge flow regime. Based on theanalysis of the factors of knowledge transfer which includes knowledge particle (system)、knowledge stickiness、knowledge potential and knowledge potential difference and themethods of knowledge transfer which includes physical carrier and personnel mobility inindustry-university-research collaborative innovation, this paper turns the flow regime ofexplicit and tacit knowledge into laminar and turbulent flow respectively by analogy byusing the idea of the fluid mechanics and puts forward the development cycle theory of knowledge flow regime according to the evolution of dominant position of explicitknowledge and tacit knowledge.Once again, this paper studies the path of industry-university-research collaborativeinnovation from the perspective of knowledge transfer. By using the idea of graph theory,this paper applies it to the knowledge transfer path in industry-university-researchcollaborative innovation and combines with an example to make illustration. Based on theperspective of knowledge transfer, this paper makes analysis of the path ofindustry-university-research collaborative innovation (target collaborative phase—organization collaborative phase—strategy collaborative phase)and combines with therelevant contents of knowledge transfer path, to make analysis of knowledge transfer pathselection in the path evolution of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.Finally, this paper studies the mode of industry-university-research collaborativeinnovation from the perspective of knowledge transfer. Based on the definition of theconnotation of the mode of industry-university-research collaborative innovation, this paperclassfies the mode of industry-university-research collaborative innovation into three kindsfrom the perspective of knowledge transfer: technology transfer mode、joint developmentmode and collaborative integration mode, and builds selection model of the mode ofindustry-university-research collaborative innovation, and combines with the change of theproportion of tacit knowledge, to put forward the selection strategy of the mode ofindustry-university-research collaborative innovation.
