| More than ten years after the accession to the WTO, China had formally got intothe process of economic globalization. In the global economic environment, China’senterprises are facing new competitive focuses. competitive focuses have change fromproduct quality competition at the first stage, to the talent competition, the service andmarketing competition, and finally, the brand competition. In fact, this conversionrepresents a shift that from hardware to software, And, the enterprise culturalperspective is one of the most important aspect of software competition.So, the ultimate competition between current enterprises at this stage will be theculture competition.Enterprise culture plays a vital role in the development of enterprises. For presentsituation of the corporation enterprises culture, this paper constructs a PDCA cyclemodel of the enterprise culture shaping for the corporation. Also, this paper provides afeasible model for the shaping of enterprise culture and put into practice, to verify itsfeasibility and effectiveness, the main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the paper summarized the cultural realities of the domestic and foreignenterprises, proposed the purpose and significance of the study and analyzed theresearch content, research methods and innovation.Secondly, for a corporation. Analyzed of the current situation of the corporation,Pointed out the problems of corporation in enterprise culture shaping. combined withthe general process and characteristics of enterprise culture shaping,Thirdly, on the current situation of the corporation, Analyzed the feasibility ofPDCA in the enterprise culture shaping., Then, this paper presented a PDCA cyclemodel in the enterprise culture shaping. And construct the PDCA cycle model ofenterprise culture shapingFinally, the results from research above were applied in the enterprise cultureshaping of the corporation.
