Tourism is regarded as one of the fastest growing industries in the21st century the world.Tourism involves people’s food, accommodation, transportation, traveling, shopping,entertainment, etc., through the development of the tourism industry can give local aspects suchas society, economy, culture and environment impact significantly. Therefore, development of acountry’s economic and social impact of tourism is very important.Mongolia is located in the landlocked developing countries, has a unique natural resourcesand local conditions and customs. The vast boundless prairie, fantasy yurt, color and luster freshand mellow quality beef and mutton, kumiss of medicinal value, the rhythm of the classicalMongol stringed instrument, Mongolian dance beautiful natural and cultural attractions such asmaking more and more foreign tourists come to Mongolia experience different response ofoutbound tour. Most of inbound tourists from China, Russia, South Korea, Japan, the UnitedStates and other countries, especially in the majority with Chinese tourists. In order to promotethe cultural communication between each other, social communication, to establish friendshipand so on, should pay attention to the development of inbound tourism market of Mongolia anddevelopment.However, the present situation of the inbound tourism of Mongolia and development stillexist deficiencies. By looking at data and on-the-spot investigation, find the problems existing inthe Mongolian inbound tourism, through the comparison and analysis, find the main problem ofinadequate infrastructure, lack of government for the travel industry’s overall planning, regionaltourism product dependent degree is high, the low quality of tourism practitioners problem to besolved. Therefore, in order to attract potential inbound tourist arrivals again and the first trip,based on the inbound tourists from China as an example, the basic structure of Mongolia inboundtourism, tourist’s perception of Mongolian tourism, tourists behavior has carried on thequestionnaire survey analysis, from three aspects (tourism product development, marketing,regional cooperation, etc.) concluded Mongolia inbound tourism market development strategy.
