Coal mine industry has a very important supporting role in national economy andsocial development. But coal mine workers, especially underground work personnel’sphysiological, psychological and other issues do not get enough attention. These bringmany problems to coal mine enterprises. Therefore, Employee Assistance Program(EAP) was introduced to coal mine enterprises management in this study, aiming toprovide employees with a positive, professional and comprehensive humanistic careand assistance.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature study and theoreticalanalysis, integrated the early research results from our research group and the actualsituation of coal mine enterprises, the connotation and service content of EAP projectwas put forward in this study, which is suitable for the coal mine enterprises in ourcountry. And the concrete structure was also certified through factor analysis.“Questionnaire of coal mine EAP implementation willingness and its influentialfactors” and “questionnaire of coal mine EAP acceptance willingness and itsinfluential factors” were designed in this study. Got primary data of coal mineworkers’EAP cognitive and influencing factors in the form of field surveys. And then,analyzed data through some analysis method, such as cluster analysis, varianceanalysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. In the basis of comparativeanalysis, the difference of EAP implementation willingness and EAP acceptancewillingness was discussed. The theoretical and practical conclusions of this study areas follows:It can be seen from factor analysis that, coal mine EAP project is composed ofphysical health, mental health, individual relationship and work development, andeach factor has a high reliability. Then the implementation and acceptance willingnessof each dimension was discussed in this study.The EAP implementation willingness level of coal mine enterprise manager ishigher than coal mine enterprise. The highest implementation willingness isimprovement the working environment of physical health and occupational diseaseprevention and treatment. EAP implementation willingness is appreciable impacted byindividual basic information, such as, age, education and years of working in this coalmine enterprise. Cost-benefit pressure of enterprise has a negative influence on EAPimplementation willingness. In addition, harmonious degree and trust degree oforgainztion can also influence one’s implementation willingness. Employee’s EAP acceptance willingness level is higher. The highest EAPacceptance willingness is improvement the working environment of physical health,then is work-family balance and occupational disease prevention and treatment. EAPacceptance willingness is appreciable impacted by individual basic information, suchas, occupation, age, education, family status and physical condition. It is worth notingthat all the EAP project’s acceptance willingness is largely influenced by the attitudeof superior.According to the above research conclusion, a scientific and efficiently worksystem of coal mine EAP project was eatablished in this study. This system is basedon the following three aspects: building an expression mechanism for EAP acceptancewillingness from bottom to top, targeting management the influential factors of EAPimplementation and acceptance willingness, formation an EAP project service contentfrom Two-Way matched perspective. From this, provide certain theory reference andguidance for coal mine enterprise managers to implement the EAP project.
