Since1995, e-commerce has achieved unprecedented development, and it alsochanged the global economic landscape. As time goes on, with the furtherdevelopment of science and technology, people’s thoughts are gradually moreenlightenment and perfection, the net will be more popular. In future, onlineconsumption patterns will be the mainstream consumption patterns. After nearly10years of development, E-commerce market in China is from the initial development ofC2C e-commerce to B2C, then to present all kinds of platform development,and it willbe more and more common,and it will an important part for people’s life.Company L is a small e-commerce company, which join the network marketingplatform in2004, its development has through four stages of Chinese e-commerceadjustment period, the recovery period, rapid development, and the transformationand upgrading, but due to a big electricity supplier environmental impact, the smallcompany should make its own development as its own idea. It is a typical Chinesecompany of many small e-commerce development model representatives. How tochange the developed focus of the company today confuse the manager of thecompany L.In this paper, I make company L as the research platform, carefully collectingrelevant information of the enterprise, as the same time, i talked with the company’smanagers and the employees, then i make the analysis of the goals of company’s futuredevelopment with its basic situation of the enterprise organization, existing problems.I used the scientific management theory as a guide, used SWOT analysis tools, andlearn from the experience of other successful electricity providers, combined with thecompany’s own situation made the effective solutions for company L.Above all, the final is to offer an effective measures for the positive development ofcompany L, I hope this article can provide an theoretical basis to small business and other enterprises to reference.
