Research On Guangdong Rural Poverty Alleviation And Development Of Long-term Mechanism

In2009, Guangdong Province began to implement the poverty alleviation and develop "planning to the households, responsibility to the people", which has yielded with remarkable results. Now a new round of poverty relief work has also started, however, because of the poverty reduction target’s survival and development ability is poor, poverty alleviation mechanism has short effect, which makes it easy return to return to poverty and difficult to implement the "stability". Therefore, not only can we consider how to establish an effective mechanism of poverty reduction from the angle of system, but it is very urgent and important to consolidate the results.This paper introduced the progress of poverty alleviation and development of Guangdong Province, called "double"work, analyzed its basic train of thought, the achievements and existing problems, revised and researched the poverty alleviation and development prospect of double work on reducing the gap of regional economic development of Guangdong Province show trial and research. It’s thought that the poverty alleviation and development of Guangdong should solve the relative poverty alleviation, to establish long-term mechanism of double work is a necessary process for the construction of the coordinated development of the regional economy in Guangdong, and it is the ultimate objective of the rural poverty alleviation and development.The connotation of assessment monitored from the aspects of object recognition, object poverty alleviation’s active participation and playing the main role, clearing responsibilities, external resources, social mobilization, its helping effect and responsibility, designed Guangdong poverty alleviation and development of long-term mechanism, emphasized the tracking and identifying process dynamic change of each link, and put forward the policy recommendations of Guangdong on the basis of poverty alleviation and development of long-term mechanism.
