With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, retail serviceindustry is growing up rapidly and Showing a boom. And under the intense marketcompetition and advanced foreign retailers Forcing, it showed a trend of groupdevelopment. However, the group and the scale brings not only various advantages,but also management difficulties and challenges, especially in human resourcesmanagement. According to the study, through the use of information technology toenhance human resource management is an important means to enhance thecompetitiveness of enterprises. Through theoretical research, data and case studies,based on a comprehensive analysis of group of Chinese retail services companies`management model, human resources and human resource management`s features,situation of human resources information, it proposed that human resourcesinformation is the important way to crack human resource management problems andenhance competitiveness of group of retail services companies in China.This paper argues that, in the process of human resources managementinformation, there are seven aspect problems in group of Chinese retail servicesbusiness, like human resources management information concepts and planning errors,the weakness of information technology hardware and software foundation,construction investment unreasonable, lack of implementation preparation,unreasonable application of long-term, lack of long-term management mechanism.Simultaneously, these problems influence each other and intertwined that needed asystematic solution to solve. So from the perspective of management, it proposed thatgroup of Chinese retail services business need improvements for five aspacts as clear general idea of the implementation of information technology, sufficient to do thepreparatory information management program implementation of human resources,human resource management information system design, to do implementation humanresources management information system well, improve human resourcemanagement information system long-term implementation plan, and suggestedimprovements about hardware environment and property investment to guide humanresources management information technology more effectively carrying out andenhance overall competitiveness.
