Thirty years of reform and opening up, China’s economy has undergone tremendous changes. Fierce market competition Facing the complex business environment, the cultivation and the outstanding staff have no doubt to the enterprise’s development has the vital significance. However, with the continuous expansion of the size of the enterprise, more and more employees, human resource management exposure is also increasing, how to carry out efficient management of employees, to play the greatest potential of each person is placed in front of the enterprise. Using modern information technology to human resource management (HR) is the choice of most enterprises, the Internet has a strong interaction and a huge database, can greatly improve the management efficiency, but the use of information technology for HR, is not really the effect of 1+1>2?This paper analyzes the problems and causes in the use of human resource management in the L company, which is based on the company. It is found that the human resource management information system of L company has a single function. 2,3, can not effectively solve the problem. After analyzing the causes of these problems, this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions:1, the company full attention; 2, carefully choose quality system equipment; 3, continuous optimization and improvement of system function.
