An Analysis On Hainan’s Urbanization Path Form The Perspective Of Inclusive Development

Since the reform and opening up, China urbanization has developed very rapidly, which is in the acceleration of development. However, China’s urbanization level is still low, and lags behind the process of industrialization. From the past urbanization process, we can see that the reasons resulting in low level and quality of urbanization development include backward concept of development, extensive mode of growth, obstacles of system and mechanism, and progression pattern mainly promoted by government. Therefore, taking new-type urbanization plays a significant role in the overall situation of China’s economic and social development at the present stage, which is the inevitable demand to establish and implement "scientific development", to build a socialist harmonious society as well as to realize the target of overall well-off. Through the full implementation of new urbanization, changing ways of old lifestyle, raising income levels and expanding the benefiting scale of modern urban civilization, it aims to realize the large-scale and intensive management, raising labor productivity, improving quality of life and achieving common prosperity.In this article, it uses the theory of inclusive development as a starting point and is based on the study of development path in Hainan new urbanization, what’s more through literature analysis, case study, induction and deduction, and other methods to compare and analyze similarities and differences of problems in the development process of urbanization between china and Hainan, the article continues to explore conjunction point and repulsion point between the practice and application of inclusive development so that it will preferably promote the combination between inclusive development and urbanization in the result of inclusive development between economic and society.
