In recent years, the application of outsourcing turns to human resource management area from information technology area gradually. Human resource management becomes a hot subject of theory research and practice. Employee training is an important part of human resource management. Traditional way of training can not carry out employee training in time and effectively, promote the training performance, and achieve the upgrade of human resource for the restriction of enterprise's inter resource. Therefore, handing over the employee training to the suppliers that have core competence in such area becomes many enterprises'choice today.Currently, researches on training outsourcing concentrate on two aspects. One is the relation between training outsourcing and enterprise performance and risks. The other is the operation of training outsourcing. The deficiencies of these researches are that they didn't put training outsourcing into the enterprise training system form a systematic view. To the training demand analysis, training outsourcing management and evaluation of training outsourcing, they didn't have a systematic dissertation. Therefore, studies of this text are that based on the analyses of training outsourcing decision-making, training outsourcing management and evaluation of training outsourcing, we aim at discussing the construction of enterprise employee training system based on training outsourcing from a systematic view.We totally have seven parts in the text. Chapter one is introduction. It tells us about the background, the innovation and the thought of the research. Chapter two tells us about the review on the related theories about the employee training outsourcing. It includes theories about employee training, human capital, outsourcing and training outsourcing. Chapter three tells us about the demand analysis of employee training outsourcing. First, it introduces the content and the level of training demand analysis. Then, we sum up the methods of training demand analysis. Based on the training demand analysis, we carry out the decision-making management of training outsourcing. Chapter four tells us about the management of employee training outsourcing. It includes selection of the supplier of training outsourcing, management of training outsourcing contract and training outsourcing relationship management. Chapter five tells us about the evaluation of employee training outsourcing. It includes the content of training outsourcing evaluation, the general steps of training outsourcing evaluation and a brief introduction of existing models of employee training evaluation. Chapter six tells us about the constitution of enterprise employee training system based on training outsourcing. It includes enterprise employee training system based on training outsourcing and the maintenance of enterprise employee training system based on training outsourcing. Conclusions and insufficiencies make a summary of the text.
