China tobacco industry is shouldering the mission of improving national income andpromoting the economic growth. It is the main contribution to the national tax. With theaccelerating pace of economic globalization, China tobacco industry has enteredthe "world’s Framework Convention on tobacco control", Facing both the domestic andinternational business environment.China tobacco industry is facing serious challenges of the external environment. Thispaper has the SG tobacco companies as a case, researching the problems of tobaccocompany incentive mechanism and the reality basis of improving measures. Through themanagement of internal human resources tobacco SG companies analysis, it is pointed outthat the main problems which exist in the current incentive mechanism and reasonsof SG tobacco companies. On this basis, it designs the basic framework of SG tobaccocompany employee’s incentive mechanism, and finally proposes the reconstruction of SGtobacco’s company incentives safeguards.This paper argues that the SG tobacco companies of Hunan staff motivation problemsmainly in the following areas: One is the compensation incentive is not reasonable. Thetwo is the neglect of non material incentives. Three is the incentive way is too unitary, lackof diversity.Formulate a scientific basis for reasonable incentive and aspects of systemconstruction; to ensure the implementation of incentive mechanisms for fair, open and fair.
