From the beginning of2011,China photovoltaic industry has come into an industrial adjustment period which after "blowout" growth during almost seven or eight years before.Due to the uncontrolled expansion of domestic production capacity so that the imbalances of products oversupply has been appeared clearly. China photovoltaic industry originally single overseas export business has been unable to digest such rapid growth of production capacity, huge inventory of unsalable productsmade China photovoltaic enterprises business more and more difficultgradually, the survival of these enterprises are facing a severe test of hitherto unknown. At the same time, American and European trade protectionism came as well to take the survey of Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidy(hereinafter referred to as the"Double Reverse" survey)on Chinese photovoltaic products one after another, adverse effect made China photovoltaic industry into disasters pile up on one another. In the face of this vital change in the global photovoltaic industry, China government attached great importance toactively join with Chinese photovoltaic enterprises to deal with the"Double Reverse" survey in order to obtain largest free trade rights for Chinese photovoltaic products in the international markets, on the other hand, China government also made comprehensive and in-depth analysis and research fordomestic photovoltaic industry development as well. After that, from2012to2013China government has promulgated a series of policies and opinions to promote the healthy development for China photovoltaic industry, it already effectively curbed the blind expansion of domestic photovoltaic production capacity, but also to coordinate the existing industrial resources to improve the overall competitiveness of Chinese photovoltaic products in global markets. Moreover, the policies and opinions also explicitly encourage China photovoltaic industry extending to downstream solar photovoltaic power generation systemin domestic market. It will be a good opportunity for solar photovoltaic power generation system in scale development in domestic application. In2013TS Company business development directionhas made an important adjustment accordingly,thebusiness of solar photovoltaic power generation system has beennewly addedbase on theoriginal single solar photovoltaic products R&D, manufacturing and sales business, and the new business of solar photovoltaic power generation system will core focusing on Chinese domestic market.Base onTS company this important business development direction adjustment, the newlyadded solar photovoltaic power generation system businessdevelopment strategy will be as the main object of research in this paper. The starting of research will be from referring to strategic management methodology and relatedstrategic research achievements on both domestic and overseas. For the research of new businessdirection strategic environment, including internal and external environment in which the company conducted a more in-depth analysis, to integrated use of PEST analysis, Porter’s Five Forces model analysis and SWOT analysis of the TS company new business direction of the strategic elements of qualitative analysis, based on the characteristics of TS company new solar photovoltaic generation system business, a clear companyadvantages of the conditions in the external environment on the direction of development of this business, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and then clear market positioning TS companies in the direction of the business, while the company developed a solar photovoltaic system TS company future business development goals, development ideas specific competitive strategy. TS company explores how companies implement measures cost and differentiation strategy and strategic alliances, and constantly improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, a clear increase in business development strategy and change the direction of the original single business model TS companies, and to develop a strategy for the implementation of for TS company rapid and healthy development of new solar photovoltaic systems business provides a reasonable solution recommendations.In this paper, base on the research of solar photovoltaic power generation system development strategy which is TS companynewly addedbusiness direction, it will be meaningful reference significancein entire processes of development strategy formulation and implementation for solar photovoltaic industrialenterpriseswho taking solar photovoltaic power generation system as main business direction.
