Research On The Influential Factors Of ERP Absorptive Capacity

With the development of knowledge economy and information technology, great changes have taken place in the social life and economy. This is a double-edged sword, which not only brings to the society and economy development, but also brought the crisis, competition in the international and domestic market is becoming increasingly fierce, enterprises must look for ways to improve their competitive strength to survive, so ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is business process oriented and information integration Centric,which becomes a weapon to enhance the management level of modern enterprises and sharp competition.However, after the practice of enterprises most failure not to explore the reasons of the situation, the rumore "ERP is have a death wish, not ERP is to wait for death" swept the Chinese market, which makes many enterprise leaders face ERP decisions shilly-shally. Domestic and international information management scholars and organizational management scholars have started to pay attention and study the contradiction between the rapid development of ERP market and the high failure rate of ERP project.They study a lot of critical success factors in ERP implementation, effect of knowledge transfer and technology innovation on ERP and so on. The study of ERP implementation from knowledge transfer, project management, knowledge management are much. but from the implementation point of view to study the enterprise itself is very few, and from the view of absorption capacity infulunce on the success of ERP project is less.This paper, from the angle of enterprises, mainly studys the effect of absorption capacity on ERP implementation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:the first part is the preface, a brief overview on this article, which mainly includes research background and significance of the ERP absorption ability, the domestic and foreign research present situation of enterprise ERP absorption capacity and research method and content of enterprise ERP absorption capacity.The second part is the mechanism analysis of enterprise ERP absorption capability. The main research concept of absorptive capacity, which launched ERP absorption ability concept, relationship and research of enterprise ERP absorption capability.The third part mainly studies the factors of enterprise ERP absorptive capacity, from definite to analysis, gradually explore the effect of factor of ERP absorption capacity on the ERP implementation process.The fourth part is the empirical study, by sending questionnaire and using the method of regression analysis, it obtains that the effect factiors on ERP absorption ability are also the critical success factors of ERP implementation.The fifth part is through the influence factors of the ERP absorption capacity,it promote the enterprise ERP absorption ability, enhance the ability of the implementation of ERP, so as to help the enterprise to realize the information.The innovation of this paper is the study on absorptive capacity of ERP from enterprise itself perspective is the key factor in the success of ERP implementation, and to explore the influnce factors on ERP absorption capacity contribute to the success of the ERP implementation, which have practical significance and the theory significance.
