With the research and application of the Big Data becoming a hotspot in the field of information technology,it leads to more and more new emergence and development of application and forms of creating and using information.So enterprises need to research online users who created large data and information transmission mechanism of social networks,focusing on UGC,for UGC may contain more market opportunities and business of success or failure.Only through the reasonable identifying,obtaining and absorbing,integrating,and using,etc.of UGC,enterprises could develop more suitable business strategies and management methods to improve the competitiveness and achieve better performance of e-commerce.Through the domestic and foreign research of UGC,absorptive ability and the performance of e-commerce,research achievements are summarized.To domestic enterprises as the research object,UGC can be divided into two types of subject and object of UGC,discussing that different types of UGC affect the performance of enterprise e-commerce internal mechanism through the intermediary role of absorptive capacity of potential and reality.Then statistical analysis and structural model test for the questionnaire,by SPSS19.0 and AMOS18.0.Finally,it concludes the related enterprise management revelation based on these results.The results are as follows:(1)the subject and object UGC all have significant positive influence on performance of enterprise electronic commerce;(2)UGC of subject and object all have significant positive effects on absorptive capacity,and absorption capacity is including real-absorptive ability and potential-absorptive capacity;(3)the influence of real-absorptive capacity and performance of enterprise e-commerce has significant positive influence,and the effects of the potential-absorptive capacity and performance of the enterprise e-commerce not get the support;(4)the absorptive capacity as the partial intermediary role,the influence relations of UGC and the performance of enterprise e-commerce,real-absorptive capacity exists the intermediary role,potential-absorptive capacity not,but potential-absorptive capacity has a positive effect on real-absorptive capacity,so the reality and potential absorptive capacity exists in multiple intermediary role in the influence relations of UGC and the performance of enterprise e-commerce.
