Atpresent, although the agricultural land consolidation in China for some time, and for thesorting efficiency evaluation have also made some achievements, but due to thefollowing two objective: on the one hand, our country is an agricultural country, ruralpopulation; Each region of our country, on the other hand, climate, topography, naturalconditions and economic conditions have very big gap; So, each area of landarrangement way, focus and purpose is different, it is made for different areas ofagricultural land consolidation evaluation can’t copy blindly.This article is baesed on the study of the theory of the matter-element extensionmodel, applying the matter-element method of extenics to chuanbei deep hills area ofcomprehensive benefit evaluatin on the agriculture eart consolidation, compared and thetraditional method, this mode can be effective fusion incompatibility, so as to comp andobject for chuanbei deep hill area of farmland consolidatio level evalua ofcomprehensive benefit.To sum up, in this paper, based on the domestic and foreign agricultural landconsolidation theory and empirical case studies analysis to JianGeXian tu shanagricultural earth consolidation and rehabilitation project as an example, from threeaspects economic, social and ecological chose18indicators to build the project arealand consolidation benefits evaluatin index system; Through the Delphi method andanalytic hierarchy process, calculate the index weight; Agricultural land consolidationbenefits on the basiis of evaluation standards, be divided into {is poor, poor, medium,fine, optimal} five levels; With the aid of matter-element extension model, twoconclusions: (1)in terms of the level of agricultural land consolidation benefits, the target layerbenefit level, comprehensive benefits:"good"; Rule layer level, economic benefits,"medium", social benefits:"optimal", ecological benefits:"optimal"; Index layer benefitlevels, among18indicators, there were10indicators has reached the "optimal" level,there are four index has reached the "good" class, the remaining four indexes reachedthe "medium" level, in general, JianGeXian tu shan agricultural land consolidation is asuccess.(2) in addition to assess membership grade of each index, using thematter-element extension learning can also be calculated at each level of each index onthe membership grade of membership degree, it can reflect to a review of thematter-element of level to the extent of the adjacent level.
