Analysis On Building Of Energy-saving & Land-saving Residence In Industrialization Process

Under gradually short-supplied overall situation of the sources of energy and land, building the energy-saving & land-saving residence is the only way to develop circulation economy for residence in our country. To develop the energy-saving & land-saving residence is the significant mission of whole nation construction system which was brought forward by our government in the view of macroscopic economic and social development. It can be said that developing the energy-saving & land-saving residence is a target, reflecting the problem of strategic dimension. Pushing forward the development of residence industrialization is mode transformation of residence production. It is an approach and means to realize a strategic objective, reflecting the problem of tactics dimension. But at present the residence industrialization in our country develop slowly. There exists the certain gap with the developed country. Therefore it is on the highly realistic significance. That how to take effective measures under actual circumstances to promote the implement course of the technique of residence industrialization, and to accelerate the step to build the energy-saving & land-saving residence.This paper analyses the industrialization development mode of the developed countries, and identifies developing gaps of our country's housing industry. On this basis, it introduces energy-saving & land-saving residence construction type of content in current industrialization process, and describes the relationship between housing industrialization and energy-saving & land-saving residence. Through analyzing the application measures to reduce the gap and promoting the industrialization process, this paper identifies the measure indexes which impacts the energy-saving & land-saving housing construction targets, and uses AHP method to analyze the importance of these measure indexes. Finally, according to the results, separately against government departments, enterprises and scientific research institutions, some suggestions are given out with a view to effectively promote the industrialization process and to speed up the type of energy-saving & land-saving housing construction target.
