In today’s increasingly competitive global market, if companies wish to remaininvincible in the market, companies should to take full advantage of the various internaland external resources, resources in companies need people to manage and variousbusiness objectives also need people to realize. Human resources has been widelyconsidered as one of the most important business strategy, human resources managementin enterprise management are more and more importance in enterprises.Employee satisfaction is the work of individual employee to reflect the subjective andobjective environment, is a measure of an important indicator of the level of corporatemanagement. By analysising and studying of employee satisfaction can obtained variousweights of satisfaction with dimensions, and provide a theoretical basis for themanagement of staff and improve the effectiveness of human resources management; helpraise the level of the enterprise performance management, especially in more scientific seton performance appraisal indicators; can get their true thoughts, to provide enterpriseworkforce development and construction ideas; favor of the company’s team-building, sothat the pass issued to enhance teamwork, improve work efficiency; promote enterprisescientific statistical analysis to improve the scientific level of decision-making enterprise;employees can enhance the awareness of their rights to protect their own interests,reflecting the democratic management of enterprises and humane management.The SDXH company this paper selected is a large state-owned pharmaceutical company,in recent years by the impact of the severe economic situation at home and abroad, thecompany’s production operations are subject to a certain influence, coupled with thestate-owned enterprise management mode, exposing more competition in the market moreproblems, more and more high staff turnover, production and operation of enterpriseshave encountered all kinds of management issues, human resources management moredifficult, therefore the study of SDXH conduct employee satisfaction analysis is necessary.In this paper we collected SDXH company employee satisfaction survey data by thequestionnaire and choice SPSS20.0statistical analysis as a tool, using descriptive analysisconclusions, the examination difference statistical analysis conclusions, correlationanalysis conclusions, multivariate regression analysis of overall satisfaction, dimensionsvariable satisfaction analysis and the various dimensions of the relationship between the variables of overall satisfaction, satisfaction of personal property variable to analyze thedifferences and analyze the causes of differences, to get the relationship between employeesatisfaction and overall satisfaction with each dimension, build SDXH company employeesatisfaction model to get the enterprise management problem.It concluded by statistical analysis that SDXH company’s overall employee satisfactionlevels is in the middle, some I dimensional variables’ score is low, like satisfactionmanagement, return to work, career development, which did not reach the average level ofoverall employee satisfaction; some II satisfaction level variables’ score is low likeemployees fair and equitable wages, compensation management and performance appraisal,titles, etc. Corporate environment, return to work, career development of these threeI-dimensional variables on overall satisfaction, there are significant relationship; Multipleregression analysis showed that the career development, work environment, training, study,work rewards, job management of these five variables explain the greatest amount ofoverall satisfaction; personal property variable levels of satisfaction in the dimensionvariables were significant presence differences that need to be strengthened through theanalysis of male employees, aged36to50years work experience in more than three years,low education, low-skilled workers as well as the title of front-line employees, generalmanagers, marketing staff, technical staff, research staff satisfaction increased levels.This paper analyzes the results of the final against the company SDXH opinions andsuggestions given satisfaction in five areas, namely improving the modern corporategovernance structure; second, strengthen personnel training to introduce the work; third isto build a scientific evaluation system for remuneration; fourth is positive the company’sstaff training plan; fifth, strengthen corporate propaganda and cultural work.
