The Research For Employee Satisfaction Evaluation And Management Improvement Of AB Company

The employee is the basic part of the enterprise,and which is the intangible assets of the enterprise,employee's satisfaction of the work and the enterprises will directly affect their engagement and loyalty,employee's satisfaction of enterprise has changed from the pure pursuit of high salary to consider the comprehensive environment of the entire enterprise,many factors including enterprise working environment,collaborative work,company management and personal occupation development.Based on investigation of AB company employee satisfaction from employees need most problems,mainly from the salary,work environment,work collaboration,company management,personal occupation development company management,the five dimensions of employee satisfaction questionnaire,use the Minitab?Excel and other modern software tools.The influence of various factors on the employee satisfaction the summary and analysis,further to two important factors: salary and company management of the detailed analysis,It points out the direction for the improvement of enterprise management.A total of 133 questionnaires were sent out.From the survey results,the overall satisfaction level of employees is lower than the intermediate level.Therefore,it is obvious that AB company will be immediate to improvement of internal management.
