Research On The Fuel Supply Chain’s Manage Mode OfPower Generation Group Based On "Cloud Logistics"

After the reformation of electric power system, the separation of generation from transmission management and price-competition, power generation group began operating as an independent body of autonomous and self-financing. As a competitive enterprise in the market, the pursuit of maximum profit is bound to be its ultimate goal. Fuel cost management is an important part of power generation group’s cost control because power generation group is mostly made up of thermal power enterprise which the fuel cost more than70%of total cost. So fuel cost control is the key to reducing the cost of power generation.In the past, the degree of marketization is low because coal suppliers, transportation carriers and customers are separate entities that most of the fuel is supplied by a fixed one or several fuel companies. Now, with the opening of the market, the traditional fuel logistics management tools no longer meet the needs, the necessity and importance of innovation in fuel supply chain management is increasingly apparent. Large logistics mode is a integrated mode of the logistics platform, partner management. Implementation of fuel supply chain large logistics mode can reduce the cost, improving the efficiency and increasing interest of power generation group which has an important practical significance for power generation group.This paper first summarizes the fuel logistics management’s development course, and then analysis the current situation of A power generation group’s logistics management, refer to its shortage and analysis the reason of inadequate management. At last, a large logistics mode for power generation group is established base on the new concept of "Cloud logistics" and the technology of Cloud platform. This large logistics mode contains the internal and external logistics management. It is a new choice for enterprise to manage their logistics activities. Also, using this mode power can make generation group conducive to manage and control their material more effective, reducing cost, increasing enterprise’s productivity and economic benefit, while also give a reference for other industry if they want to build their large logistics mode in the future.
