Benefit Evaluation Of Power Supply Enterprise Management Mode Of Production

With the rapid development of Power grid, there are some problems exposed in the original product management mode, such as the coordination of workload and the inefficient maintenance. It is difficult for the traditional product management mode to meet the needs of the development. According to the "overhaul" requirement which is mentioned by State Grid Corp of China, the power supply enterprise will change the mode of product management to improve operation efficiency and production efficiency through optimizing process and resources, releasing efficiency, and so on. Various kinds of existing electric power production management modes were analyzed and compared in this paper. This paper studied the basic principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),The comprehensive evaluation model was established and the comprehensive evaluation index system was put forward based on Analytic Hierarchy Process in this paper, as well as the evaluation from three aspects of technical, adaptability and economy. At last, the comprehensive evaluation system was used to determine the optimal transformation product management mode. The key problems and suggestions were also put forward simultaneously.
