Study On Influence Of Liaoning Human Capital Investment Of Rural Labor Transfer

Liaoning province is the core province of northeast old industrial base in China, hasa strong industrial base, the superior geographical position. After the reform and openingup, the rural labor force in Liaoning province has gradually transferred to the city, toenter in twenty-first Century, transferred to further accelerate the pace, has greatlypromoted the economic development. But it also has experienced many twists and turnsin the transfer process, which is similar to other parts of the country the emergence of the"shortage of migrant workers and migrant workers returning home".With the emergence of these problems, in recent years, the domestic and foreignscholars have conducted a more extensive and profound research on the transfer of rurallabor force. For what factors impact on rural labor transfer is the most significant is oneof the key points of research for economists. In this paper, according to the reality ofrural labor transfer in Liaoning Province, through theoretical and empirical analysis,pointed out that the human capital investment plays a very important role in the transferof rural labor.This article first to domestic and foreign about human capital investment on theliterature review of the transfer of rural labor, and then analyzes the impact of humancapital investment on labor transfer in Liaoning Province, points out that the humancapital investment of labor plays a positive role can not be ignored. On this basis, thispaper takes Liaoning as the research object, selects1998--201215years of data, usinglinear regression and stepwise regression method, the conclusion is that education capitalinvestment especially high school education has a significant effect on the rural labor oflabor. In the empirical analysis results, this paper further analyzes the impact of othercountries in the world on the transfer of rural labor force in the human capital investment,the positive and negative two experience, summarize the experience for the Chinaenlightenment. Finally, according to the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis ofconclusions and existing problems of Liaoning human capital investment in thecorresponding policy recommendations.
