Study On The Performance Evaluation Of Small Agricultural Loans In Minority Areas

Traditional Scholars constructed a series of evaluation indicators for the performance of petty loans with consideration of demanders （farmers）. This thesiscame up with two evaluation indicators including loan-deposit ratio and due payment rate from the perspectives of petty loan provider （Rural Credit Cooperative） in minor ethnic group areas, used SPSS to analyze influential factors of suchcore indicators as due payment rate in combination with the data from Dongshan Dong Ethnic Township, and thus concluded purposes of loans were major factor influencing the due payment rate.This thesis also carried out empirical study of the petty loan performance in six ethnic group townships including FengmutuanMiao and Dong Ethnic Township, Matang Miao Ethnic Township, Dongshan Dong Ethnic Township, as well as Zhaishi Miao Ethnic Group of Suining Countyby using interest rate equilibrium interval model and financial triangle model, demonstrated the idea that due payment rate was a core indicator to measure pettyloan performance of minor ethnic group areas through the empirical analysis ofpetty loan performance based on social welfare as well as sustainability and proved the objective existence of petty loan performance in minor ethnic areas. Thisthesis finally concluded due payment rate was a core indicator influencing pettyloan performance in minor ethnic areas through empirical analysis of petty loanperformance based on coverage extent and put forward countermeasures to improve petty loan performance from the aspects of government, farmers, and RuralCredit Cooperative based on how to increase the two indicators consisting of loan-deposit ratio and due payment rate.
