Research On The Poverty Alleviation Performance And Factors Of Agriculture Supported Loans In Ethnic Minority Areas Of Western Yunnan

With the continuous and in-depth development of Inclusive Finance and the continuous exploration of financial precision poverty alleviation practices,the living standard of farmers in China has been significantly improved,and significant reduction in poverty has been achieved.At present,the main difficulty is the depth of poverty alleviation in poor areas,poverty alleviation and the key point is to crack in.In the ethnic regions of China's frontier minority area is the main battlefield of the depth of poverty,carry out the practice of poverty alleviation,evaluating the poverty reduction performance and its factors of agriculture loans,the depth of poverty area comprehensive poverty has important theoretical and practical significance and the building of a moderately prosperous society.The main conclusions of this paper contains:(1)by using the AHP model and the index weights to calculate the weighted,calculated from 10 cities in the state of West Yunnan minority poverty area agriculture loans poverty reduction effect.(2)this paper analyzed the Multidimensional Poverty Reduction and the comprehensive index of poor performance by using the ordered Probit model and two stage least squares method(2SLS model).found that the agriculture credit enhancement and improve credit availability to reduce farmers' Multidimensional Poverty order,especially when the agriculture credit and credit availability of both cross product,its effect is still negative and the absolute value of the coefficient increase,that farmers and agriculture credit and increase its availability to a greater degree of reduce poverty.Education level,family annual income,family population,planting scale,family total assets,government credit subsidy and financial knowledge propaganda policy help to reduce the multidimensional poverty level of farmers and improve the performance of supporting agriculture loans.Therefore,suggestions are put forward in this paper.Because of agriculture loans in western Yunnan minority poverty area in practice is often higher "elite capture" phenomenon,how to promote the agriculture credit to better promote the absolute poverty farmers out of poverty,achieve better reduction of precision agriculture credit poor performance has become the future need to be further studied content.
