The Coordinated Development Analysis Of The Urban Agglomerations、Industrial Clusters、Port Group In Bohai Rim In Temporal And Spatial Variation

For coastal areas, theurban agglomerations, industry clusters and port groups exists between closely indivisible,and more and more studies have found that urban agglomerations, industry clusters and portgroups "Trinity" is coordinated development pattern promote regional economic developmentin coastal areas, an important means of enhancing the region ’s competitiveness. Bohai Searegion is an important economic zone in northern China, is known as the country’s economicdevelopment," the third growth stage." Therefore, the urban population as the basis, as thepillar industry clusters, the group as a hub port, build strong urban agglomeration, thespatial pattern of coordinated development of port groups and industry clusters, will be toenhance the economic development of the Bohai Sea region, an important engine drivingregional development.Based on current development Bohai Rim urban agglomerations, industry clusters andport groups， from urban cluster development, three aspects of the development of industrialclusters and port development group selected27rating indicators established Bohai Rim,industries, ports group rating system, collation and analysis of the1999to2011from13years of data, the use of entropy Law and the coordination degree model of the Bohai Searegion urban agglomerations, industry clusters and port groups consolidated level ofdevelopment and system are quantitative calculations. Studies have shown that:(1) during the study period, the level of comprehensive development of the Bohai Sea region continues to improve;(2) thedevelopment of a sequence from the point of view of time, during the study period, the BohaiRim urban agglomerations， level of coordinated development of industrial clusters and portsgroup continues to improve, coordinate the development of relations experienced a barelycoordinated state, moderate coordination state, three well-coordinated state, the level ofcoordination has been in an increasing state.(3) from the sequence of spatial developmentperspective, during the study period, three major cities in the region to coordinate the state ’surban agglomerations, industry clusters and port groups，showing changes over time moreand better posture, but the evolution of the various parts of the coordination large regionaldifferences in the speed and change over time, gradually narrowing regional differences.
