Research Of Dynamically Coordinated Development Of Regional System In Liaoning Province

The coordinated development is a problem has been studied for many years. Sincereform and opening up，Adheres to the focus of economic development in ourcountry,although achieved significant results, with the high-speed economicdevelopment, it also brought a series of society, resources and environment problems.Since the1990s, Chinese scholars had a lot of research on regional coordinateddevelopment from different angles, achieved many positive results. But there is stillnot a unified conclusion about the connotation of regional harmonious development.This paper uses the balanced development theory, system theory, coordination theory,theory of circular economy, sustainable development theory, defines the connotationof coordinated development of regional system, and through setting up the evaluationmodel of the Liaoning province regional coordinated development system, and usingthe linear analysis, dispersion coefficient method and GIS technology to calculate theLiaoning province regional system coordination degree and mark out the types ofcoordination degree, then analysis the rules of spatial distribution of coordinationdegree, and study the constraint factors of coordinated development. The full text isdivided into six chapters.Part one: Introduction. This part elaborates the background, combs the researchstatus at home and abroad. And base on the research status of coordinateddevelopment in Liaoning province, this chapter elaborates the research significance.At the last, introduces research train and the structure of the full text.Part two: The related theory of coordinated development. The second chapterintroduced the related theory of coordinated development of regional system. Throughintroducing the connotation of coordinated development and regional system, thispaper defines the connotation of coordinated development of regional system. The last,this part introduces the characters of coordinated development of regional system.Part three: The evaluation models of coordinated development of regional system.According to the above analysis, this chapter determines the rules of selecting indexand building evaluation index system. Then set up the evaluation index system of thecoordinated development of regional system in Liaoning province, and select theevaluation method. Combine with the economic development stage to determine theclassification standard of coordination degree types.Part four: Coordination degree analysis of regional system in Liaoning province.This part concludes the results of the calculation results of each subsystem’scomprehensive development level and the coordination degree of regional system inLiaoning province. Through analysis the coordination degree, this paper gets five rules of coordinated development of Liaoning province. Then study the constraintfactors of coordinated development.Part five： Suggestions and measures to promote the level of coordinateddevelopment of regional system in Liaoning province. Put forward the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions to coordinated development of different types ofregions.Part six: Conclusion and discussion. This part summarizes the above research, andpoint out the possible defects of this article, look forward to the future research.
