| Step into the21st century so far, especially in recent years urbanization speed is very fast, there are many cities, new urban areas, industrial zones are constantly expanding. Along with the economic development and population growth, the real estate market heats up each day and make the day a raise land prices and agricultural land was seized for urban expansion, construction zones residential building workshop.. which is accompanied by the rapid increase in the number of farmers lost their land. Agricultural land is the means of production of farmers, but land was revoked so they have to move from agriculture to non-agriculture. Most farmers do not have high levels of education, are not equipped modern scientific knowledge, there is no production capital and employment opportunities are very low so they quickly became a force unemployed or those temporary jobs with low incomes do not meet the requirements of life. We can say today peasantry including team lost land and move to the non-agricultural sector is subject to multiple classes hardest and most marginalized in societyAddressing core issues for farmers losing land is cultivated for their jobs. Worldwide any country in the development process of urbanization and industrialization have led to problems of farmers losing farmland. Vietnam is not an exception but how to process development Urbanization, industrialization is unlikely to affect not only the lives of the farmers but also to increase their quality of life compared with before development. Urbanization Development must address all its downsides such as the new cause to create sustainable development and social stability.This paper will analyze the current situation in detail the process of urbanization and industrialization in Vietnam, living situation and employment of farmers in the region occurred urbanization and industrialization, the policy was implemented but not effective high for farmers. On that basis, combined with the actual conditions in Vietnam to work out solutions to the immediate and long life stability, jobs and income for farmers lost their land. |
