Research On The Employment Pattern Of Landless Farmers In Anxi County Under The Background Of New Urbanization

In the process of urbanization,land has been levied,and the labor forces from a large number of landless farmers are shifted from agriculture to other areas,which poses a great pressure on the employment.Because of the lack of knowledge and skills for jobs,those farmers face tremendous employment problems when they go to the cities and towns.Therefore,it is urgent to explore employment situation of landless farmers in Anxi county,and build proper employment pattern according to the reality of Anxi county in order to solve numerous employment problems of the landless farmers due to urbanization.It is not only of great practical significance but also quite urgent to promote the rapid advance of urbanization process which is an important link in constructing socialist and harmonious society.By defining the new urbanization,landless peasants and employment pattern and other important concepts,and explaining theories such as land property,labor market segmentation,market failure,this article provides a theoretical basis for building employment pattern of landless farmers in Anxi county.By analyzing the typical cases of several employment pattern of landless farmers in our country at present,this paper summarizes and compares the experience in dealing with the employment problems of landless farmers in China and summarizes the employment experiences and lessons in solving the employment problems of landless farmers,which provides some enlightenment to build a employment pattern of landless farmers in Anxi county.This article tries to understand the employment status of landless farmers,and analyze the employment problems of landless farmers and the cause of these problems through the investigation of landless farmers in Anxi county.Based on the reality of Anxi county,this paper explores the establishment of employment pattern of landless farmers in Anxi county with the purpose to solve the employment problems of landless farmers in Anxi county and ensure their production and lives and promote social harmony.Employment model proposed in this paper includes three aspects: one is to establish employment service centers for landless farmers;the second is to develop the county' s economy to provide more jobs;the third is to formulate employment protection system.In order to ensure the employment,the government are recommended to provide the necessary security strategies by strengthening the government responsibility consciousness,improving the land requisition system and breaking the urban-rural dual structure.
