Environmental impact assessmentof land remediation planning assess the environmental influence of land remediationplanning, and predict that may occur negative effects and propose mitigation measures, theplanning is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the land remediation,and it also has guiding significance for land remediation projects of Shangrao.This paper has based on related research of international and domestic scholars,combined with land remediation planning environmental impact assessment andidentification connotation in Shangrao City as the study area, and get the established serverone and server two of alternative option of a land remediation plan as estimated object,then select evaluation factors from aspects of economic, natural and social, thusconstruct the evaluation system, by multi-objective comprehensive analysis methods andecological service value methods, the article analysis and evaluate environmental impact oftwo established proposals in land remediation plan from the perspective of subjective andobjective, then obtains the following conclusions:(1) through the multi-objectivecomprehensive analysis methods, Shangrao’s integrated environmental prediction score is112.53and113.69in2015under the impact of program one and program two, the scoreshas increased compared with2010Comprehensive Environmental; through ecologicalservice value method, in2015, Shangrao’s total value of the predicted value of ecosystemservices has increased65,686,200yuan and76.4692million yuan over2010by the effectof program one and two.
